Warranty

At Steezy Kiwi, our main priority is to ensure our products are high quality, and don’t let our adventurers down. In the very unlikely chance of you having a fault with your rooftop tent, we offer a 12 month manufacturer’s defect warranty from date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to improper, excessive or abusive use, improper cleaning or storage and any modifications. You must contact us as soon as the defect is discovered, and once reviewed, we will repair or replace the product, and will offer refunds where this is not possible.
